Seven out at SocGen
Scott Horowitz led seven departures from Société Générale's New York offices a fortnight ago, according to market sources.
Horowitz headed the banks spot desk in the city and had been with the bank for 18 years, having originally joined as a yen trader from the Bank of Boston (FX Week, February 1, 1991).
A New York-based market source said that the departures were part of a reshuffle of the bank's forex business, which will see renewed focus put on clients from financial
