NEW YORK/SYDNEY -- As client business becomes more important in the foreign exchange industry, women are finally making a mark in the traditionally male-dominated business.
Women in the business have always been better represented in the more people-orientated sales side of the FX industry -- but recent hiring shifts at some banks have made their presence much more widespread in recent years, dealers at global centres told FX Week.
