
Salomon Hires Peter Maltz from BZW In "Swap" For Spot Chief Keith Dack

BZW's recent hiring of top dollar/mark trader Keith Dack from Salomon Brothers in London has resulted in a sort of trader swap between the two investment banks: last week Salomon struck back by plucking BZW proprietary trading chief Peter Maltz to replace Dack, officials confirm (FXW, February 20). At the same time, BZW London's EMS desk chief Harry Quaderer left to join Bank of New York in London, say sources.
