Robert McNew has been named to oversee the integration of Bank of America's foreign exchange trading operation in Los Angeles with that of its merger partner Security Pacific. McNew declined to comment. Meanwhile, Security Pacific traders in New York are still awaiting word, sources close to the bank say.
