The outlook is generally pretty bleak for bonuses this year, recruiters across the country report. Not to say that there won’t be any, but given the deteriorating condition of a number of the large U.S. money center banks, foreign exchange traders are likely to be bringing home a lot less than they did last year.
"The rule of thumb is that bonuses are definitely down this year," says Danelle Dann, managing director at Interlangue International Inc. in New York. "They’re down as much as 10 to 30
