Deutsche's Batt takes sabbatical

LONDON - Jason Batt, global head of FX indexes at Deutsche Bank in London, has taken a year-long sabbatical starting Friday April 4.

Batt, who is also part of the foreign exchange derivatives trading team, will be away until April 4, 2010.

In his absence Kevin Rodgers, global head of FX derivatives, will handle his derivatives duties while James Starling will handle the indexes.

Deutsche declined to comment and did not provide details on Starling's official role at the bank.
