Regional FX investments take off

Adrian Boehler, head of FX institutional sales in EMEA at HSBC in London, said the bank has seen a surge of interest from retail and private clients for these products in the past three to six months. The demand centres around capturing the yield from the appreciation in Asian currencies or emerging market currencies against the US dollar.
