TradingScreen hires McGrath for FX sales
He spent almost nine years at 360T as sales manager for the UK and Ireland
John McGrath has joined TradingScreen as FX sales manager, based in London.
He reports to Jean-Philippe Malé, regional manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (Emea), who is also chief executive of Galaxy, TradingScreen's pan-European fixed-income multilateral trading facility.
McGrath resigned from his position as sales manager for the UK and Ireland at 360T last year. He spent nearly nine years at the ECN, setting up its UK presence and managing its institutional sales team in the region.
Previously, he worked at Bloomberg between 2000 and October 2007, as a manager for buy-side electronic trading sales for Emea.
"We are very pleased to welcome John as part of our FX team. TS is making a big investment in foreign exchange in 2017," said Malé in confirming the appointment.
