Jer takes over from Sinclair as MarketFactory chief
James Sinclair to become executive chairman of MarketFactory
James Sinclair has stepped down as chief executive of US-based trading firm MarketFactory, and will become executive chairman of the company that will now be headed up by Darren Jer, who was previously chief operating officer.
"MarketFactory is on track for another year of high growth, as well as geographic and product expansion," Sinclair says.
He adds that after doubling the size of the company compared with a year ago, this is a good time to pass on the helm.
