Tom Cox, a foreign exchange options trader at Barclays, is set to take on the same role at Goldman Sachs in Singapore, FX Week has learned.

Cox joined Barclays at its London office in early 2012, shortly after graduating from university.

In 2013, he moved to the UK bank's Singapore office, where he traded euro, and Australian and Canadian dollar options.

Both banks declined to comment.
