BNP Paribas loses emerging markets FX spot trader Shah

The emerging market trader is believed to have resigned from his post

Vishal Shah, an emerging markets FX spot trader, has resigned from his position at BNP Paribas, which he had joined in 2013. Shah reported to Simon Birch, head of Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (Ceemea) and Latin America fixed-income trading. 

London-based Shah had previously worked in a similar role at Royal Bank of Scotland since 2007. 

BNP declined to comment on the resignation.
