Rendon joins Credit Agricole CIB

He becomes global head of FX options in London

Steve Rendon, former head of G10 vanilla options at HSBC in London, has joined Credit Agricole CIB as global head of FX options, four months after being made redundant.

In his new role, Rendon will report to Dmitri Shuster, global head of FX, and replace Richard Bailey, who left the French bank in July.

Rendon joined HSBC in May 2011 as a senior G10 options trader, reporting to Vincent Craignou, then global head of FX and precious metals derivatives.

He moved to the UK firm from Morgan Stanley
