Scotiabank appoints new global head of FX

Camilla Sutton steps up from her FX strategy role

Camilla Sutton, managing director and chief foreign exchange strategist at Scotiabank, has been promoted to global head of FX.

Based in Toronto, Sutton replaces Brendan Luxton who has left the bank. She reports to Kevin Felix, managing director and global head of fixed income, currencies and commodities.

Sutton has worked at the Canadian bank for nine years since joining in 2006 from the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System, where she was a portfolio manager, investing in equity
