Deutsche FX sales director heads to Goldman Sachs

Faraz Munaim, director in foreign exchange hedge fund sales at Deutsche Bank, has left the firm and is set to join Goldman Sachs in July.

Munaim, who is currently on gardening leave, is understood to be taking on the role of vice-president on the macro FX asset sales desk in New York.

He had worked at the German bank since 2006.

Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs declined to comment.
