Citadel hires global head of Ficc

Paul Hamill, global head of currencies, rates and credit execution services at UBS, is joining Citadel Securities as global head of fixed income, currencies and commodities for Citadel Execution Services (CES).

When he takes up the New York-based position early next year, he will be responsible for expanding the firm's fixed-income market-making capabilities.

Hamill worked at the Swiss bank for more than four years, having joined from Barclays in June 2010. He spent two years at the UK bank
