Toland joins MarketFactory as vice-president of sales
Steve Toland leaves LMAX Exchange after two years to join technology firm MarketFactory
Steve Toland has joined MarketFactory as vice-president of sales, switching from his role as head of interbank sales at LMAX Exchange after two years at the trading platform.
Toland will be responsible for expanding the software company's global footprint in market access and limit-monitoring technologies – an area that has seen customer numbers double every year since 2011, according to MarketFactory.
Before LMAX, Toland worked at ICAP-owned EBS for more than six years. In his most recent role
