Deutsche Bank adds global head of compliance

Nadine Faruque, general counsel and group compliance officer at UniCredit, is moving to Deutsche Bank as global head of compliance.

Faruque, who joins the bank on December 1, will be responsible for the compliance department and work closely with many of the firm's business divisions. She will report to Stephan Leithner, member of the management board.

In her new role, Faruque will become a member of the group executive committee, which performs advisory, co-ordinating, performance-monitoring
