EBS appoints Hooker head of EBS Market

EBS has appointed Darryl Hooker as head of EBS Market, replacing Nichola Hunter and John Schoen, former co-heads of the anonymous foreign exchange platform. The company has also promoted Viral Tolat to global head of product for EBS.

Based in London and New York, Hooker and Tolat both report to Gil Mandelzis, chief executive of EBS, and continue to be part of EBS's executive management team.

Hooker, who was previously head of strategic currency initiatives, "will continue to lead the development
