Ex-Threadneedle chairman joins LCH.Clearnet board
Simon Davies appointed non-executive director
LCH.Clearnet Group has appointed Simon Davies as a non-executive director to the board of directors with immediate effect.
Davies is a veteran of the asset management industry, with more than 30 years of experience. He retired as chairman of Threadneedle Asset Management in 2012, after leading its growth from a manager of in-house insurance assets into an international firm managing £89.7 billion. Previously, he held the roles of chief executive and chief investment officer.
