Nomura FXEM trading head exits for Citi

Bernard Singer leaves the bank after more than five years

Bernard Singer, executive director and head of foreign exchange emerging markets trading at Nomura, has left the bank, according to a person familiar with the situation, and is understood to be joining Citi in September.

Based in London, Singer had worked at Nomura for more than five years and most recently reported to Nigel Khakoo, global head of G-10 FX trading, FX options and head of FX trading for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

He is joining Citi under Giles Page, head of FX trading for
