Industry veteran to counsel option exchange Nadex

The North American Derivatives Exchange (Nadex), a US-regulated online binary options exchange, has announced the appointment of Donald L Horwitz as general counsel and chief regulatory officer. Based in Chicago, he will set guidance on regulatory and legal matters, and report to incoming Nadex chief executive Timothy McDermott.
