Gain Capital loses key GTX figures

FX institutional platform sees Wald and Cronin depart

Joseph Wald, executive vice-president and head of institutional sales, and Peter Cronin, managing director and head of sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (Emea) at Gain Capital have both left the firm.

Wald, who was appointed at the beginning of last year, was responsible for leading the firm's venture into the institutional space with its platform GTX, reporting to chief executive Glenn Stevens in New York. Cronin joined from UBS last summer in London, where he was head of Emea
