Saxo Bank appoints former Rabobank FXPB head

Peter Plester, former head of foreign exchange prime brokerage (FXPB) at Rabobank, has has joined Saxo Bank as global head of FXPB.

Based in London, Plester becomes part of the Saxo Bank global sales team under Matteo Cassina, global head of institutional business, a spokesperson for the bank confirmed.

Plester had been at Rabobank for more than nine years and was credited with building the bank's prime brokerage business. He joined from Societe Generale where he was an FX trader between 2003
