Citadel hires ex-BAML options chief

Guillaume Huteau, former head of foreign exchange trading for central and eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa (Ceemea) at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML), has joined Citadel as risk officer for European asset management, the company has confirmed.

Based in London, Huteau reports to Alex Lurye, head of global portfolio construction and risk in Chicago. Prior to his stint at BAML, Huteau worked in FX options trading at Credit Suisse for 17 years up until October 2011.
