Asia Fic trading head exits Commerzbank

Paul Durrant, managing director and head of fixed income and currencies (Fic) trading for Asia at Commerzbank, has left the bank.

Based in Singapore, Durrant had been at Commerz for more than nine years, having joined in mid-2004 from BNP Paribas. He has also worked at Bear Stearns and US investment bank Drexel Burnham Lambert, which went bankrupt in 1990.

Durrant's departure comes weeks after Hui-Sun Kim, global head of Fic trading in London, left the bank as part of a restructure of the Fic
