Jonathan Harding, a managing director in local market foreign exchange sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (Emea) at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), has resigned.

Based in London, Harding had reported locally to Graham Wintersgill, head of FX hedge fund sales, who last week also resigned from the bank. The departures come shortly after that of Mark Webster, head of FX sales for Emea and global head of financial institutions FX sales, who left RBS in April to join Standard Chartered.
