Ex-JP Morgan algo head joins BAML

Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) has appointed Alex Shterenberg head of foreign exchange electronic commerce for North America and global head of FX algorithmic execution.

Based in New York, Shterenberg joins from JP Morgan, where he was global head of FX algorithmic products. In his new role, he reports to Liam Hudson, global head of FX e-commerce trading at BAML in London.
