Neill Penney joins Thomson Reuters under Weisberg
Neill Penney, formerly global head of foreign exchange product strategy at Morgan Stanley, has joined Thomson Reuters as head of FX and money-markets workflow management in the company's marketplaces business.
Based in London, Penney started his new role yesterday and reports once again to Phil Weisberg, global head of FX at Thomson Reuters, having previously worked under Weisberg in a similar role at FXall between 2001 and 2009. Penney left his role at Morgan Stanley last month.
