State Street appoints Conway to head new product group

State Street Corporation has embarked on a restructuring that will bring aspects of its trading and data offerings under one umbrella, and has appointed industry veteran Jeff Conway to head the new organisation.

Components of State Street's foreign exchange trading platform, Currenex, will be brought into the new group, dubbed Global Exchange, alongside existing parts of multi-asset-class network Global Link, and aspects of the bank's research and advisory, analytics and derivatives clearing
