CLS continues hiring spree with new legal head
Foreign exchange settlement risk mitigation utility CLS has appointed Alan Marquard, formerly head of the legal division at Barclays subsidiary Absa Capital, as its new chief legal officer (CLO).
Based in London, Marquard is the latest in a string of hires at CLS, with others including Dino Kos as head of global regulatory affairs and Alexander Filshie as chief financial officer. Marquard starts at CLS on March 4 and will sit on the executive management committee, reporting to New York-based
