CLS adds to board with Nolop appointment

Foreign exchange settlement risk mitigation utility CLS has appointed Bruce Nolop to its board of directors, increasing the board's headcount to 20.

Nolop retired from his most recent role as chief financial officer of E*Trade Financial in 2011, and had previously been chief financial officer of Pitney Bowes between 2000 and 2008. From 1993 to 2000, he was a managing director in the investment banking division of Wasserstein Perella. He has also held positions at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley
