BNP Paribas hires sales head for North America

Jake Rue, formerly an executive director for structured foreign exchange sales at Nomura, has joined BNP Paribas as head of FX sales to banks and head of e-FX distribution for North America.

Based in New York, Rue now reports to George Nunn, head of FX and emerging market sales for North America.

Rue left Nomura in New York in July, having been at the bank for three years, where he most recently reported to Christopher Lutton and Luciana Galan, co-heads of FX sales in the Americas. While at
