SG CIB hires buy-side trader
Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking has appointed Simon Shooter to a senior role in its foreign exchange sales team in London.
Shooter starts in his new role today and will focus on hedge fund sales, reporting locally to Marc Zaffran, managing director and head of FX sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (Emea).
Shooter has extensive trading experience on the buy side and joins from Mint Partners, where he traded listed derivatives. Prior to that he worked in global macro
