FX sales veteran moves to recruitment

Mike Burton, who left his role as global head of foreign exchange sales at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking (SG CIB) in January, has moved into recruitment as a director at London-based executive search firm Shadowhound.

Burton had been with SG CIB in London since late 2008. Prior to that he was head of FX sales for Europe and Asia at Lehman Brothers for four years, and before that he worked at Goldman Sachs for more than 10 years, having joined the US bank in 1994.
