Faros appoints Campbell & Co trader to replace Borthwick
Michael LaVina, formerly a senior trader at Baltimore, Maryland-based commodity trading adviser Campbell & Company, has relocated to Stamford, Connecticut to join foreign exchange trading firm Faros Trading.
LaVina replaces Douglas Borthwick, former managing director and head of trading and strategy, who has left the firm. Borthwick joined Faros Trading in June 2010, having previously been head of Latin American non-deliverable forwards (NDFs) and options trading at Standard Chartered from 2007
