Ice’s Farley promoted to head of financial markets

IntercontinentalExchange (Ice) has promoted Thomas Farley, formerly president of Ice Futures US, to senior vice-president of financial markets, as part of a number of senior management changes at the exchange.

Farley will oversee the development of initiatives within Ice's over-the-counter financial markets business, including foreign exchange, credit, equity derivatives and fixed income. He will sit on the exchange's executive management team, and report directly to chairman and chief executive
