ANZ’s Yetsenga promoted to head global research

Australian bank ANZ has promoted Richard Yetsenga, its global head of foreign exchange strategy, to head of global markets research, while Li-Gang Liu has been appointed chief economist for China.

Liu was previously head of Greater China economics and will continue to lead and develop the Greater China economics team, covering China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Yetsenga and Liu are based in Sydney and Hong Kong respectively, and took on their new responsibilities in late April. They report to chief
