DTCC appoints ex-regulator as non-executive chairman
The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has appointed Michael Dunn, former commissioner at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), as non-executive chairman of its US swap data repository (SDR). Dunn has served two terms as a CFTC commissioner, and was also acting chairman for four months in 2009. In his new role, he will report to incoming president and chief executive Michael Bodson, who was recently named to succeed
