Moore and Francis step up at Lloyds
Lloyds Banking Group has promoted Richard Moore to head of sales and trading in the wholesale banking and markets division, and Clare Francis to managing director of corporate and institutional banking.
Moore joined Lloyds in March as head of trading after a 22-year career at Citi, including a number of senior international roles in foreign exchange and fixed income. Prior to joining Lloyds, he spent a short stint as chief executive for Europe at MF Global until the firm's collapse last year.
