FXall appoints tech heavyweight as CIO
Institutional foreign exchange trading platform provider FXall has continued its latest phase of expansion with the appointment of Steve Rubinow as chief information officer (CIO).
Rubinow joins FXall from NYSE Euronext, where he has been executive vice-president and CIO for the past six years. Prior to that, he was chief technology officer for five years at Archipelago Holdings, before its merger with the New York Stock Exchange in 2006.
