Curran departs hedge fund sales head role at Nomura

Nomura

Louis Curran, managing director and co-head of hedge fund foreign exchange sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (Emea) at Nomura, has left the bank as part of a series of cost-cutting measures.

Curran was based in London and reported locally to Fabrizio Russo, head of FX sales for Emea. He has worked previously at Citi and Merrill Lynch, and shared the co-head role at Nomura with Mark Rossi, who is understood to have been recently promoted to the role.

Rossi first joined Nomura in April
