ITG hires FX analyst to boost TCA effort

New York-based technology and brokerage firm Investment Technology Group (ITG) has appointed Jim Cochrane as product manager for transaction cost analysis (TCA) for foreign exchange.

Cochrane started in his new role last month, having joined from Thomson Reuters, where he was an emerging markets FX analyst. He has also worked in FX institutional sales at Standard Chartered, Royal Bank of Scotland, Deutsche Bank and Citi. In his new role at ITG, he is based in New York and reports to Kevin O
