Uralskaya joins SEB in Moscow

Swedish bank SEB has appointed Ksenia Uralskaya head of treasury and capital markets for Russia.

Based in Moscow, Uralskaya started in the new role last month and reports to Petteri Nikkola, head of merchant banking for SEB Russia, and Vesa Toropainen, head of foreign exchange and commodities in Helsinki.

Uralskaya joins from Citi, where she spent a number of years in the FX sales team, and her latest role was on the treasury FX sales desk in Moscow. She reported to Sergey Zhilin, Citi's acting
