Ashraf Laidi joins City Index
Ashraf Laidi, formerly chief market strategist at CMC Markets, has joined London-based retail trading and spread-betting firm City Index as chief global strategist.
In his new role, he will focus on global macro issues pertaining to central bank policies, sovereign debt and intermarket dynamics. He will report to Paul Cassidy, global head of marketing at City Index in London.
