Broeker joins Unicredit to craft FX strategy

Bernd Broeker has joined UniCredit as a consultant for the foreign exchange business in London.

Broeker started at UniCredit on October 11 and joins from Nomura, where he was previously head of FX options. He left Nomura earlier this year after three years with the bank.

In his new role, Broeker will work closely with Guy Laffineur, deputy head of markets at UniCredit in London, to develop the bank's strategy in foreign exchange.

Laffineur recently took on the role of head of FX on an interim
