Chan joins CIBC from Standard Chartered
Kenny Chan has joined Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) as a director in the financial solutions group (FSG) in Hong Kong. Chan joins from Standard Chartered Bank, also in Hong Kong.
Chan has nine years of financial markets experience, with an emphasis on foreign exchange sales and trading, and structured products. At CIBC, he will focus on foreign exchange sales, reporting to Joe Cortese, executive director of FSG, according to an internal memo seen by FX Week.
