Barclays Capital has suffered three losses in foreign exchange sales and trading, with all three understood to be joining rival European banks.

Asif Khattak, director in the risk solutions group responsible for FX sales to large UK corporates, has left the bank in London and is expected to join Lloyds in a similar role in September. Richard de Meo, who worked with Khattak in the risk solutions group and was responsible for FX sales to UK mid-caps, has also left Barclays Capital.
