King to co-head spot trading at RBC

Graeme King, formerly a senior foreign exchange spot trader at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML), has joined Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) Capital Markets as co-head of foreign exchange spot trading, the Canadian bank has confirmed.

King started at RBC in London yesterday and will co-head the spot-trading desk along with Tony Botting. He will lead the bank's efforts on the euro, while Botting will be responsible for the sterling business. Both King and Botting are managing directors in the FX
