BarCap’s Iorio relocates to New York to head US distribution
Jim Iorio, head of foreign exchange distribution for Asia-Pacific at Barclays Capital in Singapore, is relocating to New York to become head of FX distribution for the Americas.
Iorio replaces Gregg Chow, who will lead Barclays Capital's real-money FX efforts for global institutions. According to sources close to the bank, Chow will leverage experience gained in the build-out of its US business over the past five years to focus on building up its real-money institutions business.
