ICSA appoints chair

Kun Ho Hwang is the new chair of the New York-based International Council of Securities Associations (ICSA), a global forum for trade associations and self-regulatory organisations that represent and regulate activities in the securities market. Ho Hwang, chair of the Korea Financial Investment Association, succeeds René Karsenti, who has stepped down after a two-year term as chair of the ICSA.
